John 3:16-17
" For God so loved the world, that He gave
His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth
in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not His Son into the world
to condemn the world; but that the
world through Him might be saved."
God says that whosoever should believe....
God's gift of salvation is a free gift...
Jesus already paid the price on the
cross of Calvary, it is up to
us to accept that gift of grace.
Romans 10:9-13
" That if thou shalt confess with thy
mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt
believe in thine heart that God hath
raised Him from the dead, thou
shalt be saved. For with the heart
man believeth unto righteousness; and
with the mouth confession is made
unto salvation. For the Scripture saith,
whosoever believeth on Him shall not
be ashamed. For there is no difference
between the Jew and the Greek; for
the same Lord over all is rich unto all
that call upon Him. For whosoever
shall call upon the name of the
Lord shall be saved."
If you have tried everything else,
and nothing seems to work,
why won't you try Jesus?
I can tell you that is one decision
you will never regret. This world cannot
give you a real, lasting peace,
only Jesus can do that. He can give
hope where there is no hope,
He can make a way where there is
no way. He can give you new,
abundant life, for that is what
He wants to do. He can give meaning to
a life that has no meaning,
He can give joy when all is bleak.
He can do anything!
I have been walking with Him for
many years now, and I can say
He has not failed me one time.
I have failed Him many times,
but He has never turned His back
on me. He has been patient with me,
and He has promised to never leave or
forsake me. I am so grateful He
looked down to where I was and
brought me to where I am.
I was lost in sin, no hope, no future,
on my way to a burning hell. But God
reached down and picked me up out
of the pits of despair, sat my feet
upon a rock, and gave new life to me.
I can never thank and praise Him enough,
not if I try for a billion years!
I can only try to serve Him, because I love Him!
Ask Jesus into your heart today,
let Him give new life to you,
don't put it off, tomorrow is not promised....
He says in His Word,
" behold, today is the day of salvation."
Trust Him....You can!
